The characteristics of the gearbox:
- Compact structure: using three-stage transmission of helical, bevel and planetary gear.
- two-way operation, allows the maximum tilt angle of 30°in working face, and the maximum walking angle of 20°.Lubrication with oil pump when power is large, to ensure the safety lubrication in a very inclined location.
- JS series also have high efficient cooling system, so it can satisfy the dickey cooling and ventilation working conditions under mine.
- The profiles of gears are properly modified, optimum longitudinal load distribution, lower noise and vibration levels.
- Gearbox’s internal structure has optimization designed so it has higher operational reliability combined with increased power capacity.
JS Series Standard
- The gear accuracy is according to GB10095-88“Cylindrical gears-ISO system of accuracy”.
- The calculation of load capacity of spur and helical gears is by ISO6336-1996 “Calculation of load capacity of spur and helical gears”.
3. The strength and quality control of materials is according to ISO6336-5:1996 “calculation of load capacity of spur and helical gears-part 5: strength and quality of materials”.
4. The units fit with ANSI/AGMA6010-E88”standard for spur, helical, herringbone and bevel enclosed drives” too.
